Hatecke Service Fleet Agreements: Under this frame agreement we service more than 50 makes and almost any Kinds of lifeboats, davits and release gears within our world wide service network at discounted rates according to SOLAS and MSC. 1/Circ. 1206 Rev. 01 or MSC.402(96).

Worldwide coverage service: Currently, we cover more than 200 key ports within our fleet agreement. Additional ports automatically become part of our contract.
Qualified training personnel: All inspections are performed by trained and certified service personnel as per MSC./Circ. 1277 or MSC.402(96).
One-stop service: You receive 24/7 continuous support and assistance from a competent team with technical background. We use OEM spare parts only and have main spare parts available from stock. Our fleet agreement customers get discount up to 20% on spare parts.
Reminder Service: We can send you email notifications to remind you about the next services. Once the service is confirmed we will carry out all planning for you.
Online service check: We give you access to our “Internet fleet portal” where you can check the service history, service due dates and order services online.
